Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The product is defective or expired
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Items returned without original packaging
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Share your order number and photos of the damaged/wrong item
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process
Exchanges
If a product is eligible for exchange, we will:
- Or issue store credit if the item is out of stock
- Replace it with the correct or undamaged item
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only:
- In rare cases where we cannot replace a damaged/wrong item
- Or if we cancel your order before shipping
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
