Yes! Every product on KoreanGlow is 100% original and sourced directly from authorized distributors in Korea and Japan. We don’t deal in fakes, duplicates, or expired stock — ever.

No. We only stock products with long shelf life and clearly mentioned expiry dates. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via trusted courier services. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

We offer flat-rate shipping (e.g., Rs. 200) across Pakistan. Occasionally, we also run free shipping promos – stay tuned on our Instagram!

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Online payment options will be available soon.

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Damaged or broken items

  • Wrong product sent

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We don’t accept returns for opened/used products due to hygiene reasons.
