How to Use EQQUALBERRY Swimming Pool Toner:

• After cleansing, apply EQQUALBERRY’s Swimming Pool Toner to help prep your skin for the rest of your routine. Dispense a small amount into your hands or onto a cotton pad.
• If using your hands, gently pat the toner into your face and neck until fully absorbed.
